Processing your return is easy and free!

Items purchased online at

Mailing back your return:

- Find your Order # (e.g. #1000).

 Your order number is displayed on both ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘Shipment Confirmation’ emails as well as your printed packing slip.
- Receiving your free return shipping label: 

 Contact customer support at our email or call us at 203-779-7045.

 - Orders placed on 3rd party platforms: 

 If you made your purchase on our 3rd party platforms, please process your return directly with the platform you placed the order with.

Additional notes:
It may take up to 3-5 business days to process a return after it has been received by our Warehouse Department.

Your package needs to be post-marked on or before 30 days after your online purchase in order to receive a refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method.


If you don't want to use free USPS Return Shipping, you can always mail your package back on your own to the below address.
You must include proof of purchase with your return in order for a refund to be processed.
